If we are mindful, we notice Spring life in the buds on trees, and the fresh shoots of new plant growth which will provide medicine and nourishment for us and for the animals. As the days get longer and warmer, we are waking up too. The bright, warm sunny days lift our spirits and give us a renewed energy. Where do you feel Spring’s new growth in your life? How can you nurture and protect it?
